I've learned some life changing things and wonderful things from William Samuel's work.

I have put my understanding into practice in my every day life, because it seemed, for me the best way to live. I have found a balance and an ability to navigate these sometimes stormy seas of life. I have found a ballast that proves itself steady and true, making everything about this worldly scene of turmoil and momentary flashes of happiness not quite so overpowering. I have been shown something that allows me to see the unreality of the passing scenarios, I have come to find a perspective wherein I am no longer so much the slave to this tangible world of time and space experience. I have found an inner light that guides me and shows me the way through this world. For this I am nothing but purely grateful.

I found an inner core, My Self, the One I Am 'before the world was' this is the Child of My Self, The Child of God, the Christos and in this I find my joy and relief.

In the Gospel According to Thomas there is this: (66) Jesus said, "Show me the stone which the builders have rejected. That one is the cornerstone."

My friend William Samuel told me that this rejected cornerstone is The Child. The Child is our Real Identity, the One True Self, The Living Light Within....and this always made perfect sense to me....and so I sought this cornerstone, The Child, for myself, and now, these many years later, thank you God, this cornerstone has been uncovered and The Child-I-Am is with me once again!

The cornerstone, is the Child Within that William writes about. And it seems that It really has been the rejected cornerstone. Perhaps it is rejected because it is too simple, too innocent, too beautiful. And the eudite, egocentric adult of us wants nothing to do with simple childlikeness. I hear no mention of this 'cornerstone' by philosopers, by preachers, or by spiritual teachers. Perhaps but a few ever tell us about this Child, this inner Light, this Christos that is simulataneously one with Life Eternal, one with God, one with the world, immutable, omnipresent, complete and perfect. The Child; the Eternal Spirit, our very Self and It is closer than fingers and toes.....this is our Real Identity and It is Here always, awaiting our return.

Once found, we can hold to It and It takes us through this worldly experience so that we might give our best to our world and our others here.

The Child is the omnipresent, quantum Self of every one of us. This Child is The Christ Child of Everyman. This is the genuine self is 'the one you were before the world was.' Gospel of Thomas: (19) Jesus said, "Blessed is he who came into being before he came into being." This is the Child and it is much like the photon of quantum physics being everywhere at once. Others call it our Cosmic Consciousness, the Infinite Field, but it is so much more personal than that, so much closer than that…and It is Here and Now within, as and being everyone of us. The Christ Child of each of us is living in unique and individual ways through the heart of each one 'us'.

The Child assists our journey, our learning, and leads us into and out of experiences in order that we may more fully comprehend the nature of Reality. The Child is our teacher, our perfect and very honest and reliable guide through this world. The Child knows exactly what we need, and when the timing for that is right.

I know now that I could not have made the whole complete climb to the top of my inner mountain, to the pinnacle of my being, to the deep inner balance point, to find this all- encompassing perspective, had I not been given the Grace of this Child-Light of My Self.

The discovery of this cornerstone; The Child, is essential. It is a return to the Heart, to our Real Identity. I see now that the point and purpose of my life was to return to the Heart, the God given Child.

This found, we let go self centeredness and self concern, selfishness. We live for others and for Good. We are open and giving and unafraid. I can live in the world in a New Way, out from this Inner Peace and Grace. I can absolutely trust, rely and depend on this Grace, this inner Light to be wise and righteous, discerning and intelligent.

The Child, The Genuine Original Self of us. Find that and then everything else falls into place so much more easily.

This Cornerstone; The Child Within is like fresh water. Finding this, we know we are we emmersed in the Eternal Well Spring of Life....We find ourselves simply living life in tender and gentle ways.

I understood 'non-duality' and the 'Absolute' and it has served me well, it is a joy to understand, it is an important view, but it is not the whole of it.....There is more....And I had to take a step beyond that. I had to come to the all encompassing, total view where I found the Real Living Joy of This Divine Presence which is Here and Now Already being the Light of Myself.....I came back, full circle to find My Self again; The Chirst, the Child, The I That I Am.

Now with this Joy and Peace I no longer have to call anything and everything illusion or dream, or 'me sense' or ego, separating and catagorizing trying to figure it all out…..Now it becomes very clear. I am born again, I do live again right here in this tangible time-space world. Life is eternal and perfect and One. I understand in ways that only the Heart can.

This Living Light, Divine Intelligence, The Child, The Holy Grail and This Light that is being all that is, This knows the reasons and purpose for the 'illuision', Life, Intelligence knows the purpose the ego serves and This Light of Truth, The Child knows exactly what 'is real' and why the 'illusion and dream' and It knows 'what life is really all about'. It holds all the answers to everything you need to know and It gives the answers in ways that will be clear to you, and to you alone.

This Child Light, Christ Light, is available to anyone. It seems to me it is more often those simple and humbled folks who 'just love God' that are the ones who find the Child more easily and readily. Those simple in heart and mind, that love God, whether they know it or not, they probably the more likely the ones who are living The Child's Loving Light right here in this world; giving and receiving and doing for others what they can, as best they can. .

The Child Heart of us is beyond 'non-duality' and I really beyond all 'ism' and dogma and doctrines and organizations……But, I can only speak from my own discovery. I speak because of my Gratitude that This Child has come to me.

This Child, this Inner Guide now holds my hand and shows me the way through this mythical world story. Making it so that I am capable of living honestly in this world. Making it so that I can negotiate, navigate and walk through the challenging events with more ease and grace and love and integrity and character and knowing now the 'why and wherefore' of Life's challenges.

This is important, I need to tell you that finding the Child is the next step in the search. The Child transcends 'non-duality'. The Child, slowly but surely, gently and personally, unloosens the binds.... and we become new and see the world in an entirely new light.

….And Love enters the scene and we find that we know exactly what to do, and how to do it.

Upon finding our Real Self we find our God given gifts and we share those gifts with our world.

I have found my very own direct Source of Wisdom and Intelligence that never leaves me as long I am faithful to It.

This Light is within each and every one of us, right here and now. I would say search your heart, look for It, find It…It is the Self of you and It is honest and true and It will lead you aright.

If you feel any interest in any of this I would suggest that you read William's book "The Child Within Us Lives! A Synthesis of Science, Religion, and Metaphysics" ...I really believe that he wrote a masterpiece, a genuine treasure trove of Light and Brilliance here in this book. It is a marvelous guide, honest and clear, written for all of us so that we might find again our Self, This Living Light, Grace and The Child Within.
